THE VISION 

 IvolveGen's vision is to build community which promote human development through self-awareness, and discovery of perspective, purpose, and the authentic self, recognising the potential of all people as significant contributors to life.

IvolveGen is one partner of a global sociocultural shift, to create a world where individuals and communities are are able to achieve optimum wellbeing and potential, through a new paradigm, which emerge from a world-centric cultural identity and the path of individuation.

THE MISSION

 To provide a service which
draws from knowledge of various disciplines in humanist and positive psychology, and integrates with personal insight and the ancient teachings of Aboriginal wisdom and other spiritual traditions.

To impact systemic change IvolveGen provides education and information to individuals, groups, organisations and communities, though speaking engagements, interactive workshops and online training programs to generate empowerment, while facilitating an effective transfer of knowledge, shared values and perspectives.

PROFILE 

An Aboriginal descendant
of the Larrakia Nation and
Yanyuwa Clan group of the
Northern Territory, Kim has
lived the contrast between traditional Yanyuwa and contemporary Larrakia, which has granted a unique insight and depth of understanding the rich tapestry that is our modern Aboriginal Australia.

With a deep respect for my teachers of both western education and traditional knowledge, combined with extensive work experience in urban, regional and remote Australia, Kim brings the best of his experience to training programs.
